Local lawmakers to host three town halls Saturday, April 14

Sen. Keith Wagoner and Rep. Carolyn Eslick are inviting community members to their town hall meetings on Saturday, April 14, to hear a 2018 legislative session wrap-up and provide constituents the opportunity to share opinions and ideas. The town hall meetings will take place in Monroe, Granite Falls and Sedro-Woolley.

“Being a good leader means being a good listener,” said Wagoner, R-Sedro-Woolley. “I look forward to sharing details of the 2018 legislative session and hearing from community members on what issues are important to them.

“Town hall meetings are a great way to meet directly with the citizens of the 39th Legislative District.  I want to hear their concerns, ideas and comments regarding state government,” said Eslick, R-Sultan.  “Please consider joining me and Sen. Keith Wagoner at any one of our upcoming town hall meeting.

The town halls will take place at the following locations:

  • Fire Station 31 – 9 a.m. Located at 163 Village Court, Monroe.
  • Crossroad Commons – 1:30 p.m. Located at 205 N Alder, Granite Falls.
  • City Hall – 6 p.m. Located at 325 Metcalf Street, Sedro-Woolley.
